Bandelier Grill’s New Owner Shares Revitalization Plans
Brian Appell has purchased the Bandelier Grill at N.M. 4 and Sherwood Boulevard in White Rock. Appell is the longtime owner of Los Ojos Restaurant & Saloon in Jemez Springs. He said that he plans to update the menu to include the most popular items at Los Ojos and to extend the hours of operation to include daily breakfast and Sunday brunch.
