Local Company Offers Taxi Service to Curb Holiday Drinking & Driving

In time for the holidays, Los Alamos based New Mexico Wine and Scenic Tours, is now offering after hours (after 7 p.m.) taxi service from the Los Alamos/White Rock area to a number of locations, to help prevent drinking and driving.
New Mexico Wine and Scenic Tours’ taxi service is also available for pick up and delivery to the Albuquerque Sunport and Santa Fe Municipal Airport, Buffalo Thunder Resort in Santa Fe and other Taos, Albuquerque, and surrounding area destinations.

Much like any individual with a natural talent, Angie Charlton exercised her skills as an entrepreneur at an early age.
Charlton recalled when she was in fourth grade she saw a green-and-white two-wheel bicycle in a local store.
Wanting that bike badly, Charlton said she asked her father to get it for her but her dad said no.
If she wanted that bike, she would have to get a job and earn the money to pay for it.
