Santa Fe Animal Shelter Seeking Support, Donations For Pregnant Stray Dog And Unborn Puppies
SANTA FE — Santa Fe Animal Shelter (SFAS) is seeking donations, support and eventually a loving home for a stray dog rescued on the side of I-25 that is about to give birth to a litter of puppies.
Monetary donations will be utilized to provide her with care, safety, medical attention and comfort needed to give birth and to keep her puppies healthy.

Regional Development Corporation (RDC) has announced the 2023 RDC Micro-Grant Awardees.
A total of $154,754 was awarded in Micro-Grants up to $3,000 to 57 businesses surpassing previous years.
All seven counties of the northern New Mexico region were represented with this cross-section of ownership:
- 59 percent women-owned;
- 24 percent minority-owned;
- 7 percent tribal member-owned;
- 7 percent veteran-owned; and
- 2 percent disability-owned.
