ALBUQUERQUE — The New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for individuals logging in to the New Mexico Workforce Connection Online System (https://www.jobs.state.nm.us); a portal to both employment services and the Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System.

MFA will provide an additional layer of security for a layered defense to mitigate against unauthorized access of Department of Workforce Solutions online services.

New Mexico Unemployment Insurance Operations Center Closed Monday In Observance Of Juneteenth National Independence Day

ALBUQUERQUE — All New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions’ offices, including the Unemployment Insurance Operations Center, will be closed Monday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day.  

The Unemployment Insurance Tax & Claims System (www.jobs.state.nm.us) is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Department Of Treasury Awards $2.6 Million, Funds Used To Help Low- & Moderate-Income Communities

VFNM News:

Ventana Fund, a New Mexico Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), was awarded $2,637,484 by the U.S. Department of Treasury to help low- and moderate-income communities recover from the pandemic and invest in long-term prosperity.

The funding will used for the rehabilitation and renovation of small affordable rental projects throughout the state, typically between five and 50 units. SANTA FE – New Mexico Commissioner of Public Lands Stephanie Garcia Richard today awarded a lease to Revolve Afton Solar LLC to construct a solar array on state land in Doña Ana County, quadrupling the renewable energy capacity on state lands since 2019.

Revolve Afton Solar LLC met all requirements for the lease and submitted the highest and best bid, which was unsealed at a public auction at the State Land Office this morning.
