N3B-Los Alamos Sponsors Local Imagination Library

JJAB News:

Los Alamos JJAB has announced that N3B-Los Alamos is sponsoring the Los Alamos affiliate of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

The $3,000 sponsorship donation provides for 525 children to receive books, through the program, in August and September. This donation supports the love of reading and learning for the youngest children in the community.

NMFO: Little Brother Begins Production In New Mexico

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Film Office (NMFO) Thursday announced the feature film Little Brother is in production in New Mexico.

The film is produced by 19 Twelve Films, Made by Limbo, and Circa 1888. Filming will take place through September 2021 in Albuquerque, Moriarty, Cedar Crest and Mesita.

Nambe Drugs To Be Recognized With Paver In American Pharmacy Association Foundation Covid-19 Heroes Garden

In the words of Barry Manilow, ‘Looks Like We Made It’, said Champions of Youth Ambitions (C’YA) upon reaching its goal of collecting $1,000 from the community to recognize Nambe Drugs.

The funds will be used to purchase a paver to be placed at the American Pharmacy Association Foundation COVID-19 Heroes Garden.

The paver will be installed in September to honor those who have made a difference during the coronavirus pandemic.
