Land Solicitation For Two Parcels On Trinity Closes Friday

COUNTY News:
Respondents interested in proposing on the solicitation for purchase of two vacant, County-owned parcels on Trinity Drive are reminded that 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6 is the deadline.
The parcels at 3661 and 3689 Trinity Dr. were purchased by the County years ago and the County is hoping to provide an opportunity for interested parties to develop the parcels in support of the County’s established goals for the community.

The weekly Farmers Markets at the pond and Justice Center parking lot have ended for the season.
An announcement will as to whether holiday markets will be allowed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

SANTA FE – Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham announced today that she has proposed a $25 million special appropriation as an economic stimulus package for the New Mexico tourism industry in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The COVID-19 pandemic created widespread disruption of the tourism industry, which has led to immediate and severe economic injury.
