To expand its vendor outreach and encourage greater competition for public contracts, the Los Alamos County Procurement Division announces the launch of its new Procurement Portal on Bonfire.

Bonfire is a centralized, user-friendly platform where businesses can register as vendors or suppliers and receive real-time notifications for Invitations for Bid (IFBs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and other types of procurement opportunities that align with their services.

Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op wraps up its month-long 10th anniversary celebration with a Big Bang Bash this Saturday, May 24.

The Tub opened its doors after several years of planning and fundraising April 22, 2015, and the first Tub beers were released May 24, 2015.

New Mexi Lager, Little Bird Blonde and Hoppenheimer will be on tap, along with several other brews, and Manko’s Food Truck will be on site.

Shaky Grove will kick off an afternoon of music performances at 1 p.m., followed at 4 p.m. by Roadside Attraction and 7 p.m. with Escape on a Horse.

New Mexico Environment Department Proposes Clean Fuels Program To Protect Air And Boost Economy

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) has proposed a Clean Transportation Fuel Program to the state’s Environmental Improvement Board (EIB).

If approved, New Mexico would become the fourth state in the nation with a clean transportation fuel standard, following Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s signing of House Bill 41 in March 2024.
