Los Alamos Police arrested the executive director of the Los Alamos Commerce and Development Corporation (LACDC) overnight and charged him with domestic battery and DUI.
Scott Randall, 58, attended a tourism event with his wife at Buffalo Thunder that ran 5-7 p.m. where alcohol was served and left the hotel at about 11 p.m. to return to Los Alamos.
