The Los Alamos County North Mesa Housing Project Committee meeting scheduled for noon Friday, June 10 has been canceled.

Consultant EPS is finalizing their analysis.

 Below is a task update from EPS: 

Note: Please remember that this is not a master plan but an analysis of site capacity towards determining recurring revenue options.

• Task 4 – Housing Development Alternatives – EPS provided Memo A describing three housing development alternatives with unit mixes, estimated development totals and unit price ranges with target AMIs. D/P/S is completing a site fit analysis to refine the carrying capacity of the site for the three alternatives that should be complete in approximately a week.
• Task 5 – Pro Forma Financial Analysis – EPS is building the financial model for testing and comparing costs, revenues and returns for the three alternatives.
• Task 6 – Land Disposition and Recurring Revenue Options – EPS has identified a range of land development alternative that address the project goals of providing affordable housing and recurring revenues to LAPS. A draft memo summarizing the options and strengths and weaknesses for application to the LAPS site will be completed next week. The most promising options will be tested in the financial analysis in Task 5.
