TLC Plumbing and Utility will begin warranty work for the Canyon Road Reconstruction project the second week of January 2024.
The warranty work will be performed to repair two water valve concrete collars that have become loose and pose a safety issue. Traffic cones have been placed over these concrete collars to prevent further damage to utility infrastructure from vehicular traffic, and to ensure the safety of the public.
The work is scheduled for completion by the end of January 2024.
Until repairs are complete, the western driveway of the Aquatic Center and the driveway to Canyon Village Apartments will be restricted to right-out and right-in traffic movements. Vehicles exiting these two driveways will not be able to make a left-turns out on to Canyon Road. Vehicles accessing these driveways from Canyon Road will need to approach from the east.
Work hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please use caution around construction activities and avoid entering the work zone.
Services such as mail delivery, trash and recycling collection, and emergency services will be maintained. Please contact the Public Works Department should you have special access needs.
The County thanks residents in advance for their continued cooperation and patience.
