COMMUNITY News:
The Community Youth Award for April was presented to Los Alamos High School student Connor Dale.
Dale was recognized for his giving nature to benefit a fundraising event for a local community member, kindness extended to neighbors and for being a good role model for neighborhood children. Dale also is a member of the LAHS JV Soccer team, football and soccer clubs, an avid hiker and archer. He also can be found spending time with his best friend Coby.
Champions of Youth Ambitions (C’YA) hopes to recognize the good deeds of 100 youth in 2017. They can be nominated at www.cya-nm.org for the monthly award or request an application for the annual Community Asset Awards. To find out more, call 505.695.9139.
