COUNTY News:
Kelly Cable NM, LLC., will be closing the sidewalks along Arizona Avenue and 35th Street to Diamond Drive starting Monday, Feb. 6 to install new aerial fiber from 3400 Arizona to the corner of 35th and Diamond Drive.
Work is set to begin 8 a.m. and end by 5 p.m. daily.
Completion of the project is scheduled by Wednesday, Feb. 22.
Sidewalk Closure Route:
- Begins at the electrical pole at the southeast corner of the parking lot at 3400 Arizona Avenue heading west along the north side of Arizona;
- From Arizona heading south on the east side of 35th Street; and
- Ending at the northeast corner of 35th and Diamond Drive.
Pedestrian traffic will need to watch for detour signs in the area. All traffic is urged to slow down and obey traffic devices and watch for workers.
