COUNTY News:
Water crews from the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities (DPU) will be repairing a slow water leak on 34th Street on Monday. The work will begin at 8:30 a.m. and should last no later than 4 p.m. Monday.
The leak is in the middle of the road on 34th near Urban St. The area will be closed to through traffic while the repair is being made. Drivers should exercise caution near the work zone and avoid the area if possible.
DPU’s crews don’t anticipate any loss of water service for residents on 34th Street, although a drop in water pressure is possible.
