Daily Postcard: An Arizona Sister Butterfly is spotted Tuesday afternoon languishing on a rock in the middle of a warbler pond at a residence on Barranca Mesa. The Arizona Sister (Adelpha eulalia) is a large brown/black butterfly with white bands and orange patch on its forewings. It also features a blue band on the edge of the wing.
