In honor of the exhibition Restorying Our HeartPlaces: Contemporary Pueblo Architecture, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is offering a free workshop in the IPCC Library focused on designing and building architecture from an imaginative view, taught by field professionals Miriam Diddy (Diné/Hopi) and Anjelica S. Gallegos (Jicarilla Apache/Santa Ana Pueblo). The workshop will be split into two parts: Model Building, a sculptural activity, and Design Charrettes, a drawing activity.
Workshop materials, take-away kits, and light refreshments included. 10:45 a.m. arrival is recommended.
This workshop is intended for all ages (adults; children 9 and older). Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Free admission for the workshop (does not include museum admission).
