DHSEM: Salvation Army Seeks Donations For People Displaced By New Mexico Wildfires

DHSEM News:

SANTA FE — The Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM), in coordination with The Salvation Army Southwest Division, are seeking donations to help neighbors in need who have been displaced by wildfires.

The easiest, safest way to donate is to go to southwest.salvationarmy.org and click Donate. This is a reputable site that helps ensure donations go where they are needed.

If people would like to donate toiletries such as soap, lotion, sunscreen, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, lip balm, combs, brushes, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, and conditioner as well as diapers and baby wipes – the Army National Guard will distribute the items to various shelters.

Clothes and water are not needed at this time.
