COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County Traffic & Streets Division, in coordination with Dismuke Contractors, are planning to perform pavement preservation (crack sealing) on Diamond Drive.

To minimize disruption to the travelling public, this work is planned from Friday, Sept. 6 through Wednesday, Sept. 11.

Beginning Friday morning, crews will start at the North Mesa roundabout and work west towards the golf course. On Saturday and Sunday, crews will start at Los Alamos Medical Center and work north and east to the golf course.

This schedule is contingent on weather conditions and rain may dictate adjustments.

For the safety of the workers and motorists, please slow down through the work zone. Accommodations are being planned for bicyclists to be able to safely travel through the work zone.
