Scrappy is being a good sport trying to give a smile to Los Alamos residents. Even though he has no tail, according to Wisdom Panel, he is a full blooded German Shepherd. More than 3 years ago, he was rescued very sick and within hours of death, according to the vet. Now healthy, he is a member of the Glen McDuff and Chris Treml family along with his fury sister Kyra.
