SANTA FE — The House unanimously passed HB 13 Thursday, the Teacher Residency Act, which would ensure New Mexico schools can retain a diverse and well trained workforce.

Market Research Report Provides Insights To PEEC

Thanks to a grant from the Los Alamos Community Foundation, the Pajarito Environmental Education Center (PEEC) was able to hire the University of New Mexico’s Bureau of Business and Economic Research (UNM BBER) to conduct a market research project about the Los Alamos Nature Center.

LAPS Students Encouraged To Ride The Bus Feb. 9!

The 120th day of school is Wednesday, Feb. 9 and Los Alamos Public Schools is encouraging all eligible students to ride the school bus to or from school that day as part of “Ride the Bus” Day.
