In concert with the July 9 announcement from Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, competition in contact sports will not take place this fall.

Because of this, the New Mexico Activities Association will be postponing both the 2020 football and soccer seasons to the Spring Semester.

It is with profound disappointment that the J. Robert Oppenheimer Memorial Committee (JROMC) announces the cancellation of its 2020 Memorial Lecture.

Dr. Jennifer Doudna, best known for her work on the CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing technology, was scheduled to come to Los Alamos for a presentation on July 13, 2020.

SANTA FE – About 168,000 New Mexico families whose children receive free or reduced-price lunch at school will receive $67 million in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, or food stamps, this week, the Human Services Department (HSD) announced today.
