Three new Associate Brokers have joined EXIT Realty Advantage NM at 1615 Central Ave. Jordan Lichthardt, Delbert Romero and John Smeltz offer their services to the community.

Owner and Qualifying Broker Lance Eaton said he is happy to have his team expand.

“EXIT Realty is growing,” Eaton said. “I am super excited to have John, Jordan and Delbert join the EXIT family. They all got here through different paths, but they each have traits I’m excited about. Our office culture reflects our values of support, collaboration, professionalism and community service. Each of them shares these values. Now, it’s my job to make sure they meet their personal goals by giving them the best training, the best tools and support to be successful.”

The three Realtors expressed their excitement to join the EXIT team as well as their enthusiasm to help the community’s housing needs.

“I have always been interested in housing,” Lichthardt said. “When my husband and I were looking for a house, I think Lance saw that in me. He urged me to think about becoming a realtor and reassured me that I could be successful in this career. With my background as a dietitian, I already have good listening and communication skills, so I decided to go for it.”

“Joining EXIT was an easy decision for me,” she added. “When we were buying our house, Lance kept us informed, advocated for us and made us feel important. He is a great example of what an excellent realtor should be, and I knew that when I got my license, I wanted to work alongside him.”

Similar to Lichthardt, Smeltz said he also always had an interest for real estate.

“I have always been interested in real estate and planned to begin working in the field for several years, but an opportunity presented itself and I took the leap to get my license,” he said. “I am excited to be able to help others throughout our community learn about the buying and selling process.”

“As a veteran, I am excited to be working with EXIT Realty because of the positive, family/team-oriented organization it is,” Smeltz said. “And it’s great to be with a relatively new franchise. I am excited for our future together.”

Besides an interest in selling houses, Romero has previous experience in the housing industry.

“I started in construction with Buschman Construction,” he said. “This is a great job for someone as familiar with the local population as I am. I flipped a house with an investor, Seraphine, in Scottsdale, Ariz., while in college. I’ve always dreamed about working with professionals in the housing sector.”
“I’m excited to be working with EXIT Realty because I have heard such good things about Lance Eaton and the EXIT team,” Romero added. “I chose EXIT after my first interview, despite having other options. They had the best first impression. Training began immediately with support from Janet Lovato and Hunter Eaton. The company has an outstanding reputation in the community.”

According to its website, EXIT Realty is a thriving, diverse community comprised of persevering individuals with an innate belief in the spirit of camaraderie. EXIT Realty’s holistic focus on a good health approach to well-being at work and home is the undercurrent to everything it does, recognizing that a person’s emotional, physical and spiritual state-of-mind are intrinsically linked to a better quality of life.
