ALBUQUERQUE — Two of New Mexico’s most celebrated, community-focused organizations join forces once again to create an unforgettable evening of art and sport.
Prepare to enter the multiverse, as Meow Wolf and New Mexico United team up to host their fifth annual Meow Wolf Night Saturday, May 11 at Isotopes Park when United takes on Oakland Roots FC.
The contest isn’t only between NM United and Oakland Roots FC. Fans are encouraged to wear their wildest United- and/or Meow Wolf-inspired costume for a chance to win two season passes to United’s 2025 season and two yearlong Portal Passes to Meow Wolf Santa Fe.
Highlights from Meow Wolf Night 2024 include:
- A costume contest for fans with incredible prizes including a grand prize of two season tickets and two yearlong Portal Passes to Meow Wolf Santa Fe and Meow Wolf swag bags and more for the runners up.
- An appearance by Meow Wolf’s Skyworm hot air balloon.
- Costume Creature Disco at the tailgate, led by Meow Wolf performers.
- Free intergalactic hot dogs, presented by Urban Hot Dog.
- The Creation Station – Show off your artistic skill and create your own New Mexico United flag. Show off your artistry and fandom with Instagram hashtag #NMxMW.
- First kick by Snaggy.
- Meow Wolf’s fan-rallying performers will roam the stadium during the match.

Meow Wolf’s Costume Creature Disco Tailgate Party will kick off at 4 p.m. across from the stadium where fans will enjoy performances and activities. As game time approaches, the crowd will march together, showing support for their home state team in a procession from the tailgate party to the game. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m.
