Anasazi Fields Winery and Secret City Kitchen are teaming up once again to bring Flight Night  to the community starting at 5 p.m., Friday, April 29 at UnQuarked, The Wine Room.

 

Jeremy Varela from Secret City is preparing food sample trays: roasted maple paprika spiced nut medley, brie with balsamic reduction, blackened chicken with a chipotle cream smear, and cayenne salted dark chocolate bark. 

 

Jim Fish, winemaker from Anasazi Fields, will lead attendees through a pairing of their wines with these dishes.

 

Cost is $12 per person. Reservations not necessary but quantities are limited.
