The 5,000 sq. ft. building is about half leased short term to Morning Glory Restaurant, broker David Horpedahl told the Los Alamos Daily Post Saturday. He said the lot is 36,010 sq. ft. and backs up to the yards of  western area residences with a small piece that adjoins UNM-Los Alamos. He mentioned that the property may be of interest to either UNM-LA or Los Alamos High School for TVI courses, expansion and parking.
