From the Campaign To Re-elect Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham :

Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s campaign announced today that she has agreed to participate in two televised debates against former TV weatherman and GOP nominee for Governor Mark Ronchetti.

Gov. Lujan Grisham will participate in a debate Friday, Sept. 30 hosted by KOB Channel 4, as well as a debate Wednesday, Oct. 12 hosted by KOAT Channel 7, The Albuquerque Journal and KKOB.

“Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham looks forward to participating in two televised debates against Mark Ronchetti, where she will emphasize her strong record of investing in New Mexico’s public schools, improving our economy, addressing public safety, and increasing New Mexicans’ access to health care,” said Delaney Corcoran, spokesperson for New Mexicans for Michelle. “New Mexicans will have the opportunity to hear about Governor Lujan Grisham’s exemplary leadership and her vision for our state, and compare it to the lack of experience and dangerous plans that weatherman Mark Ronchetti brings to the table.”
