The Los Alamos County Community Services Department (CSD) has announced that Gwen Kalavaza is the new library manager for both the Mesa Public Library and the White Rock Branch Library.

Kalavaza brings years of experience within the local library system and has the working knowledge of the programs and staff. She is considered a great asset to the CSD team and will continue to help the Library Division evolve and move forward.

“This library plays such an important role in the community and I look forward to continuing to work with an outstanding staff to shape the library for the 21st century,” Kalavaza said.
