Help Bring A Smile To A Child, Teen Or Senior In Need

Catholic Charities News:

ALBUQUERQUE –  The Center for Community Involvement at Catholic Charities has launched the Annual Giving Tree program through Dec. 9, bringing the joy of the holiday season to children, teens and seniors facing homelessness, displacement and isolation.

This year, Catholic Charities is committed to providing more than 400 toys and gifts, ensuring everyone—regardless of circumstances, beliefs or backgrounds—feels the love, joy and hope that the holidays bring.

Here’s how to help:

  • Host a Toy Drive (Now through Dec. 9) – Organize a toy drive in one’s neighborhood, school or workplace to bring joy to families in need.
  • Drop off new toys at convenient locations:
    • Bosque Brewing Co. (NE Heights Tap Room) 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday-Sunday;
    • Trendz Beauty Supply (4301 Menaul Blvd. NE) 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,  Monday Through Wednesday and Friday-Saturday;
    • Catholic Charities Main (2010 Bridge Blvd. SW) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday- Sunday; and
    • The In-Kind Center (1215 4th St. NW) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday- Sunday.
