Join the Department of Cultural Affairs and Los Luceros Historic Site staff 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Sept. 8, for a trash pickup and light landscaping across the property’s gardens, trails, and riverside facilities.

This event is in preparation for the annual Fall Festival, Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025. Trash bags and some supplies will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves.

Los Lucero’s cleanup day offers a great opportunity for the community to come out and get the site ready for the annual fall festivities. Sign up in advance with Michelle.Zupan@dca.nm.gov.
