It’s time to renew memberships for 2022 if you have not already done so.
Los Amigos de Valles Caldera also welcomes new members who would like to join them in helping Valles Caldera National Preserve. They operate on a limited budget and your membership will help to sustain the Los Amigos organization. They run the organization with dedicated volunteers and without the assistance of paid staff. They are a 501(c)(3) organization and all contributions are tax-deductible.
As a member you will receive a 10 percent discount at the Valle Grande Bookstore and because Los Amigos de Valles Caldera are a member of the Public Lands Alliance (PLA), you will receive at least a 10 percent discount when you show your membership card at 400+ public land stores participating in the PLA Reciprocal Discount Program. By shopping at nonprofit stores on public lands, you directly support education programs and restoration efforts and help ensure these special places are protected.
Los Amigos de Valles Caldera hopes that most activities in which they participate using volunteers will resume during 2022 and are talking with the preserve’s National Park Service staff to discuss upcoming opportunities!
