The Los Alamos High School Varsity Hilltoppers Girls Soccer team hosted the Bloomfield Bobcats Tuesday night at Sullivan Field.

The Toppers put up five goals in the first half and held the Bobcats to a single goal.

The second half was more evenly matched with both teams scoring one goal in a very physical matchup.  After 80 minutes of play, the Toppers held off the Bobcats 6-2.

Gracie Haagenstad and Margaret Steinkamp each had a pair of goals with Isabel Atencio and Dayja Fellers both finding the back of the net.

The team will be back on the field at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12 to host the Bosque Bobcats at Sullivan Field.
