Los Alamos JJAB News:

Los Alamos JJAB will be offering several One Circle groups this summer: 

• • • • • Co-ed STEAM Group – ages 10 to 12
        • Middle School Girls Group – rising 7th and 8th graders
        • Middle School Boys Group – rising 7th and 8th graders 
        • LGBTQ and Allies Group – teens, 8th grade and up

Groups include various activities and provide a supportive environment for youth to discuss issues that are important to them. An adult facilitator helps guide the group, but the youth participants are empowered to share their knowledge and experiences.

This is a safe place for expression, building trusting relationships with peers, and learning practical advice to navigate the world. Group topics are based on the specific needs of the youth in each group and may include self-esteem, peer relationships, family life, navigating social media, decision-making and more.
