KIWANIS News:
The Kiwanis Club of Los Alamos is holding its annual used bike collection Sept. 27-28 in the Parish Hall at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
A crew of mechanics and volunteers will give the donated old bikes new life and a great new home with an economically disadvantaged New Mexico kid.
Free Bikes 4 Kidz seeks unused or outgrown child or adult bicycles.
Bicycle drop off schedule:
- Friday Sept. 27 from 2-6 p.m.; and
- Saturday Sept. 28 from 8 a.m. to noon.
The Parish Hall of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church is at 3700 Canyon Road.
