Community members across New Mexico are invited to tune in for Los Alamos National Laboratory Director Thom Mason’s first virtual Town Hall of 2025, 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 on Zoom.

He will be joined by a special guest, Science, Technology and Engineering Executive Officer Angela Mielke, who will discuss how the Lab’s researchers are harnessing artificial intelligence to drive breakthroughs in science and technology. The SWEIS will be available for public review and comment beginning, Jan. 10, 2025, for 60 days.

The SWEIS analyzes the potential environmental impacts of LANL operations for approximately the next 15 years.
