I would like to encourage the residents of White Rock to give feedback to Smith’s Food and Drugs about the issue of prices not being the same at both of our Smith’s stores.
The sale ad that comes in the mail to ALL residents of Los Alamos (including White Rock) are only good at the Smith’s Marketplace. I have spoken with the customer service department and they recommend that we write letters and emails requesting that the prices of items available at both stores be the same.
Right now the sale prices are not the same and White Rock residents are not mailed a flyer with the prices for our local store. But why would the prices on items differ between the stores, they never have in the past so why should they now.
