Los Alamos Chamber of Commerce Celebrates Opening Of Satori Infusion Center With Ribbon Cutting Tuesday March 8

CHAMBER News:

There’s a new medical clinic opening in Los Alamos specializing in infusion treatments.

Dr. Patrick Martin along with physician assistant and spouse Tracy Martin, are opening Satori Healing Infusion Center at 3500 Trinity Drive, Suite C-3.

The Chamber of Commerce will celebrate their opening with a ribbon cutting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 8.

Satori Healing offers a wide variety of Infusions, such as IV nutrition and hydration, vitamin therapy, for mental health, sports performance and longevity. They will be offering ketamine therapy by referral.

Having an infusion done no longer means waiting in a busy hospital with nothing more than a curtain to separate you from your neighbor. A big part of what sets Satori Healing apart is their approach and their space.

Their two-room infusion clinic will give you all the safety of a hospital experience with a private personal touch. The rooms are warm with a distinctly non-medical, expansive feel. They offer zero gravity, heated chairs, eye shades, and music via headphones.

Behind the scenes the clinic is set up like a post anesthesia care unit. All infusions are continuously monitored by an experienced physician and registered nurse. They also are part of Beta testing for the first digital therapeutic device to induce altered states of consciousness: SoundSelf. Therapists are welcome to sit with their clients and patients can invite a support person if desired.

Dr. Patrick Martin is a board certified, family medicine physician with over a decade of inpatient experience. An Albuquerque native, he is a 2000 graduate of UNM Medical School and graduated from St. Joseph Hospital residency in Family Medicine. He has practiced in New Mexico, Arizona, Missouri, Colorado and Australia and works at Los Alamos Medical Center.

Tracy Martin is part owner and business director of the healing center. She is a physician assistant, graduating from the UNM PA program in 1999. Born and raised in Santa Fe, she has worked in family medicine, pediatrics and university health, and works at the office of Drs. Lahiri and Mesibov.

Kristin Barnes is a registered nurse with extensive experience in post anesthesia and post surgical care. She is dedicated to ensuring patients are cared for in a safe supportive environment.

The Satori Healing team will work closely with your therapist, psychiatrist or physician to tailor your treatment. With their CLIA waived iStat system, labs can be done quickly on site and electronic medical records are easy and patient-friendly to use. They are currently applying to major insurance carriers to provide a more comfortable, private experience than traditional IV infusions.
