Today marks 12 years that the Los Alamos Daily Post has had the privilege of bringing the news to our readers in Los Alamos, across the state, nation and around the world.
Owner/Publisher Carol A. Clark launched the Post at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012.
The Post news team has grown to include:
- Government Reporter Kirsten Laskey (7 years);
- Copy Editor Clara Clark (3 years);
- Advertising Manager KayLinda Crawford (7 years).
- Sports Photographer John McHale (7 years);
- Photographer/Videographer Nate Limback (5 years);
- Social Media Editor Chris Clark (10 years);

“Each and every one of them is a dedicated professional and valued and important link in the paper’s success,” Clark said. “I also appreciate and thank the community for its loyal support throughout these 12 years, and our local business community for its early and ongoing support of the paper. From the day the Post began operations, many local business owners called to purchase advertising. Their continued support throughout these years has allowed the Post to prosper, she said.
