Thursday, Dec. 9, the Los Alamos High Country 4-H Team made baked goods to send to each Fire Station and Police Station in town as a thank you for everything they do for the community.

The members each brought a baked good, (cookies, bars or snacks of some kind) and then combined the baked goods into individual containers, which were given to the first responders.

This project allowed the team members to practice their baking projects and try some new recipes, as well as provide for the community.

The 4-H members were excited to do something for the Firefighters and Police Officers who keep the community safe.
