Dr. Melanie Pickering

X-Ray Associates of New Mexico is pleased to announce that Dr. Melanie Pickering, D.O. has joined their practice. 

She will be located primarily at the Los Alamos Medical Center Imaging Department. Dr. Pickering is an accomplished physician specializing in general diagnostic radiology, and she recently completed a womens’ imaging fellowship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Originally from New Mexico, she grew up in Albuquerque and Tularosa. 

Dr. Pickering was educated and trained at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also served in the United States Navy.

LAMC is happy to offer a dedicated, full-time, onsite radiologist to the community.
