Feb. 21 at 3:40 p.m. / Police arrested John P. Kelley, 50, of Los Alamos at 2360 A 37th St. and charged him with Sexual Exploitation of a Child: Possession of Child Pornography.

MARTIN PALACIOS-ARREOLA AKA JORGE RODRIGUEZ

Feb. 25 at 10:55 p.m. / Police arrested Marti Palacios-Arreola AKA Jorge Rodriguez, 44, of Española at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with seven counts of trafficking controlled substances, possession of controlled substance, 27 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license, no registration, no proof of insurance and concealing identity.

SALEENA OCHOA

Feb. 25 at 11:53 p.m. / Police arrested Saleena Ochoa, 23, of Mendanales at 15th Street and Central Avenue and charged her with three warrants from another jurisdiction, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and concealing her identity.
