Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos girl with battery at 2101 Hawk Dr., and referred her to the juvenile probation officer.

JOHN HALLADAY

Feb. 6 at 6:11 p.m. / Police arrested John Halladay, 41, of Los Alamos at 4788 Yucca St., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 6 at 6:53 p.m. / A 23-year-old Santa Fe man reported that he is the victim of disorderly conduct including profanity and loud, boisterous behavior by another person on Central Avenue.

Feb. 6 at 7:12 p.m. / Police arrested Lyle Gonzales, 36, of Santa Fe at 535 Central Ave., and charged him with battery. 

Feb. 7 at 10:27 a.m. / A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy reported that he is the victim of harassment.

Feb. 7 at 10:29 a.m. / A 14-year-old Los Alamos boy reported that he was battered on Diamond Drive.

Feb. 7 at 1:32 p.m. / A 28-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of assault on Trinity Drive.

TEODORO CORDOVA

Feb. 8 at 11:05 a.m. / Police arrested Teodoro Cordova, 31, of San Cristobal on N.M. 502 and charged him with DWI.

JEREMY MARTINEZ

Feb. 8 at 4:43 p.m. / Police arrested Jeremy Martinez, 40, of Los Alamos on East Road and charged him with driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

Feb. 8 at 6:20 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos boy on Oro Court with negligent use of explosives and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

MICHAEL CALHOUN

Feb. 8 at 6:20 p.m. / Police arrested Michael Calhoun, 46, of Los Alamos on Oro Court and charged him with negligent use of explosives.

Feb. 8 at 7:29 p.m. / Police charged a 14-year-old Los Alamos boy on Oro Court with negligent use of explosives and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

TADG WOODS

Feb. 10 at 9:34 p.m. / Police arrested Tadg Woods, 56, of Los Alamos on East Road and charged him with driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

Feb. 11 at 11:37 p.m. / A 66-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone sprayed graffiti on his property on Arkansas Avenue. The estimated damage is unknown.

Feb. 11 at 1:58 p.m. / A 58-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone used her credit card without her consent. The estimated loss is unknown.

Feb. 12 at 9:33 a.m. / A 25-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on Rover Boulevard. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Feb. 12 at 11:59 a.m. / A 45-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Bryce Avenue. The estimated loss is more than $2,500.

Feb. 12 at 4:40 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos boy at Los Alamos High School with possession of marijuana and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Feb. 12 at 4:42 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos boy at Los Alamos High School with possession of marijuana and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Feb. 12 at 5:24 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos boy on Diamond Drive with aggravated battery and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.
