Jan. 11 at 2:49 p.m. / Police arrested Bradley Abeyta, 31, of Alcalde on an outstanding District Court warrant from New Mexico State Police. The police booking photo is not available.

Jan. 11 at 1:50 p.m. / Police arrested Mathew Ruybal, 26, of Los Alamos at 4408 Sycamore St., on an outstanding District Court warrant.

Jan. 12 at 1:50 p.m. / A 13-year-old Los Alamos girl reported being the victim of receiving sexual oriented material harmful to minors. The matter is under investigation.

Jan. 13 at 12:40 a.m. / Police arrested Mitch Porter, 30, of Los Alamos at 3200 Canyon Road and charged him with disturbing the peace.

CLAY STALEY

Jan. 13 at 1 p.m. / Police arrested Clay Staley, 36, of Los Alamos at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged him with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $500.

Jan. 14 at 5:08 a.m. / Police arrested Robert Garcia, 23, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with driving on a suspended or revoked license and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

Jan. 16 at 2:34 p.m. / Police arrested John Pacheco, 52, of Hernandez at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged him with being an accessory to larceny and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.

Jan. 16 at 4:44 p.m. / An 84-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on West Road. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
