June 8 at 3:51 a.m. / Police arrested Andrew Garsik, 27, on 45th Street and charged him with battery against a household member and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is unavailable.

June 8 at 8:44 a.m. / Police arrested April Tafoya, 38, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged her with theft of a credit card.
June 8 at 9:59 a.m. / A 66-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of fraud. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
June 8 at 3:50 p.m. / Police arrested Ashley Fragua, 23, of Los Alamos on Gold Street and charged her with battery against a household member and issued her a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is unavailable.
June 8 at 5:03 p.m. / Police arrested William Kennedy, 24, of Jemez Springs on N.M. 4 and charged him with possession of marijuana and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is unavailable.

June 9 at 8:04 a.m. / Police arrested Luis Perez-Marizcal, 27, of Medanales near Bryce Avenue and Rover Boulevard and charged him with possession of marijuana.

June 9 at 11:32 p.m. / Police arrested Raymond Garcia, 24, of Espanola at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with shoplifting. The estimated loss is more than $100.
June 10 at 1:08 p.m. / Police arrested Jeremy Chavez, 28, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with breaking and entering and issued him a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.
