The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them

MATHEW RUYBAL

Nov. 12 at 9:47 a.m. / Police arrested Mathew Ruybal, 26, of Los Alamos on Sycamore Street on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and arrested him again at 1:20 p.m. Nov. 12 at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

CASANDRA RUYBAL

Nov. 12 at 9:50 a.m. / Police arrested Casandra Ruybal, 27, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

JIM LEDBETTER

Nov. 12 at 1:51 p.m. / Police arrested Jim Ledbetter, 44, of Los Alamos on DP Road and charged him with assault.

VALENTIN ORTIZ

Nov. 13 at 11:30 a.m. / Police arrested Valentin Ortiz, 27, of Abiquiu and charged him with the unlawful use of a driver’s license and driving when the privilege to do so has been suspended or revoked.

Nov. 13 at 11:54 a.m. / Police arrested Estella Naranjo, 29, of Espanola on Trinity Drive and charged her with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued her a summons to appear in court. The police booking photo is not available.
