Oct. 17 at 4:46 p.m. / Police arrest Mathew T. Ruybal, 27, of Santa Fe in Santa Fe on an outstanding District Court warrant.

CHADRICK CALVIN CAVANAUGH

Oct. 19 at 12:03 p.m. / Police arrest Chadrick Calvin Cavanaugh, 34, of Rio Rancho at Overlook Park in White Rock and charge him with the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and resisting/evading/obstructing a peace officer.

BRENDEN BROWN

Oct. 20 at 10:16 a.m. / Police arrested Brenden Brown, 28, of Santa Fe at the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office on an outstanding District Court warrant.

STEPHEN R. DURAN

Oct. 21 at 3:45 a.m. / Police arrested Stephen R. Duran, 36, on 42st Street and charged him with battery against a household member. Police arrested Duran again at 8:27 a.m., Oct. 23 at the Holiday Inn on an outstanding District Court warrant.
