Flags fly at half-staff today at the Los Alamos Post Office in recognition of the passing of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Saturday ordered all flags to half-staff in the state in recognition of the death of Justice Bader Ginsburg.
