During its meeting Tuesday evening, the Los Alamos School Board recognized teachers who received their National Board Certifications, including Rebecca Cabildo, Kate Hovey, Britt Williams and Janelle Maestas. Los Alamos High School Teacher Katie Lake helped support these staff through the writing process. The National Board Certification is designed to develop, retain and recognize accomplished teachers and to generate ongoing improvement in schools.
