Victoria Lee is the new Nutritional Health Coach at Los Alamos Natural Grocers. 

Lee offers free Nutrition Classes and Recipe Demos in their Nutrition Education Center in the store.

“We have a lot of fun events coming up, including grain free pumpkin pie before thanksgiving, a lesson on how to make body care gifts for Christmas, and a New Year’s health challenge in January,” Lee said.

All of the classes are totally free, in fact attendees get a $5 coupon to spend in store if they come. There are always samples, and sometimes free giveaways at all of the classes.

Besides the classes Lee also offers free nutritional coaching, which is researched backed, personalized sessions, focusing on what concerns the patron. Recently, she has had a few coaching sessions on gut health, all the way to natural approaches to menopause.

“It really is whatever the interest of the customer is,” Lee said.
