FOOD DEPOT News:
SANTA FE — Support continues for those affected by wildfires, as The Food Depot works with partners from Gov. Lujan Grisham’s office and The Salvation Army to offer pop-up food pantry distributions in affected areas.
The next distribution is 9-11 a.m. Monday, June 13, at the Mora Head Start/Early Head Start Building, Hwy. 518 – 10 Ranger Road, Mora, 87732.
These distributions will include groceries, household items and prepared meals. There is no documentation required and there is never a cost for people to receive food. This distribution is a joint effort between Gov. Lujan Grisham’s office, The Salvation Army and local agencies to reach as many people in need as possible.
“The Food Depot continues to provide support where it is needed most for those affected by the devastating fires. We are proud to work with multiple partners so that we are feeding as many people as possible,” said Sherry Hooper, executive director of The Food Depot.
*The Food Depot is an Equal Opportunity Provider. These distribution events are subject to end early if the food runs out.
