Booton explained that the walks build his goat’s muscles for showing in the 4-H auction during the 70th annual Rio Arriba County Fair, which runs Tuesday July 30 through Saturday Aug. 3 in Española. The fair celebrates the talents and achievements of area 4-H and F.F.A (Future Farmers of America) participants.
