On The Job In Los Alamos: At White Rock Toys & Gaming

On the job Friday are owners James and Beverly Nelson at the White Rock Toys & Gaming offering everything from vintage Barbies to Warhammer. Nestled between BeeHive Homes and High Mesa Dental Arts behind Smith’s is the community gathering place for games and homemade fudge and other snacks. There are a number of rooms in the business specifically set up for playing games. Some of the weekly events include: Commander League – Magic Gathering, Board Game Night, Magic The Gathering Draft, Modern: Magic Gathering, Warhammer Paint & Play, starting Oct. 1: Drop-in D&D, starting Oct. 3: Kid’s Pokémon/Magic the Gathering Game and more. White Rock Toys & Gaming at 108 Longview Dr. is open 2-8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
